EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

GrowthMap™ is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to one of our Founders. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing executive schedules, correspondence, and projects. This role requires a professional who can handle confidential information with discretion and is dedicated to enhancing executive efficiency and effectiveness.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Manage all communication inboxes and calendars.

  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other key documents, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.

  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement efficient systems to enhance productivity and streamline administrative processes.

  • Enhance your skills in executive support, communication, project management, and organizational efficiency, increasing your value within our team and beyond.
