🔧Key Responsibilities
● Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for GrowthMap™ and client accounts
● Track and report weekly KPIs: CPA, appointments booked, workshop registrations/attendees, ad spend, CTR, CPL, lead quality
● Audit and improve underperforming campaigns using our red/yellow/green “traffic light” framework
● Integrate, test and maintain connections between ad campaigns and the GrowthMap CRM
● Collaborate with the internal team (Gabriel, Bradley, PMs, editors) to align creative and ad strategy
● Pull research and competitive insights to inform ad copy and angle development
● Write and propose ad scripts, copy variations, and visual ideas (handoff to creative team for production)
● Use ChatGPT, Meta Ad Library, and other tools to generate ideas and rapid variations
● Manage budget allocations across multiple campaigns and adjust based on performance
● Contribute to marketing and product syncs with clear reporting and action plans
💡Required Skills & Traits
✔ 2+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with clear ROI results
✔ Strong understanding of performance metrics and marketing funnels
✔ Ability to write compelling ad copy and pitch effective creative angles
✔ Experience with ad platform setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
✔ Familiar with Go Highlevel (GHL), Slack, ClickUp, ChatGPT, and Canva
✔ Bonus: Experience with Google Ads and YouTube Ads
✔ Bonus: Can create basic graphics or video ads in Canva, Descript, or Captions.ai (or similar)
✔ Fast communicator, results-driven, and excited to collaborate with a fast-moving team
