MEDIA PRODUCER

The GrowthMap™ team is hiring a talented Media Producer to join us as a creative powerhouse. We’re looking for someone who can turn raw footage, coaching calls, and AI-generated scripts into scroll-stopping Shorts, Reels, YouTube videos, and high-performing video ads. If you think like a marketer, cut like a pro, and create content that performs — this is your shot.

🎯 In this role, you'll get to:

Clip and edit short-form content (30–90 sec) from coaching calls, podcasts, or scripts.
Edit long-form YouTube videos (5–15+ minutes) for GrowthMap and client marketing.
Produce video ads and repurpose top-performing hooks across multiple formats.
Work closely with our AI agent and content team to implement and refine content plans.
Add motion graphics, captions, b-roll, and sound design to level up the output.
Iterate on content based on feedback and performance metrics.
Help document and improve editing SOPs and internal systems.
